Some features may require an in-app purchase or subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of changes before their next billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and design — are owned by Blue Jinjer, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without our prior written consent.
5. User Content
Our applications may process content you provide (such as recipe text and images) solely to deliver the requested functionality. We do not claim ownership of your content. Content is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers after processing is complete.
6. Third-Party Services
Our Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (such as Anthropic, Mixpanel, and Apple). We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE JINJER, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Blue Jinjer, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
