Messaging Compliance
If you interact with any messaging features of our Services (including SMS), you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- The CAN-SPAM Act
- CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
- All applicable carrier and industry guidelines
Enforcement
We may investigate violations of this AUP and take any action we deem appropriate, including:
- Issuing warnings
- Suspending or terminating access to our Services
- Reporting violations to law enforcement
- Cooperating with law enforcement investigations
